Anhui Xuancheng Qiankun Slewing Ring Co., Ltd. is located in Ningguo Economic&Technical Development Zone,it is one military enterprise,and then become one joint-stock Co.,Ltd because of mutative system in 1996.It's total area is 110,000 square meters,in the middle of it,the construction one is 20,000 square meters.It's total asset is RMB 80 million,and the registered capital is RMB 13 million.We have 168 employee in total at present,in the middle of it,over 40 ones are all kinds of professional technician.We start to R&D slewing ring in 2000,and then begin to produce formally slewing ring in batches in 2002,moreover,we did pass successfully ISO 9001 Quality System Authentication in 2003. We are one professional manufacturer of slewing ring and have international&top-ranking manufacturing equipment and designing&machining capability,moreover,we successively introduce into advanced CNC product line,such as, CNC Raceway Lathe, CNC Raceway Grinding Machine, CNC Polar Coordinates Drill Press, CNC High Speed Cutting-teeth- machine,and so on.We synchronously&designedly transfer partial fund every year,and then apply it to all kinds of items,such as,New Product's R&D,Technics Test,New Facilities's Introduce,and so on.At present,our throughput is 32,000 sets,and the maximal Machining Diameter is 4 meter. We have developed&produced 4 series slewing ring in total at present,for example,Single Row Ball One,Double Row Ball One,Three Row Roller One,Crossed Roller One.The main execution standard not only does depend on Construction Machinery Industry one of JG/T66 Construction Ministry&Machinery Ministry's industry one of JB/T2300,but also does according to some foreign ones,such as,DIN,ASTM,BS,JIS,and so on.So as to satisfy domestic&overseas customer's requirement. We focus on supplying slewing ring to some big professional oems in China,such as,Excavator,Crane,and so on.At the same time,we already have exported slewing ring to over 30 Countries or Regions,such as,USA, Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Holland, Norway ,Russia, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden,Australia, Spain,Austria, Czech, Iceland, New Zealand, Canada, Brazil,Saudi Arabia, Syria, South Africa, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Hongkong, Taiwan, and so on. We did invest RMB 60 million to build one new factory in 2007,say,Anhui Xuancheng Qiankun Slewing Ring Co.,Ltd.It has self-governed Enterprise Juridical Person Title,but does belong to the same Directorate with Anhui Ningguo Shunchang Machinery Co.,Ltd.It is located in Industrial Park of Xuanzhou District ,and it's toal area is 53,000 square meters.We successively introduce into international&top-ranking Machining&Inspecting Facilities,and then formally put into production on Jun in 2008.It has 38,000 sets throughput at present,and the maximal Machining Diameter is 4 meter.
